Property Details

This is a chance of a life time islands don’t come up for sale on this lake or any surrounding lake ever.  This was a dream of mine to build my forever home after retirement, but life got in my way.  So I have to sell it and move on.  The 3.5 acre island has electricity and a spot cleared out for a house.  This island is big enough to have two house on it to Minnesota house regulations.  It also could have a boat garage aswell.  The pictures don’t do it justice as it also has a excellent golf course on the lake acessesable by boat.  I am a contractor and have lots of knowledge of the island and would love to show it off.
